Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the software development, technical consulting, and related professional services (the "Services") provided by Paul Gadi ("I", "me", or "the Provider") to you (the "Client"). By engaging the Services or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

I provide software development, game development, and technical consulting Services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing (by email, proposal, or statement of work) before work begins. Only the work described in that agreement is included; anything outside it is treated as a new request.

2. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted and agreed before work begins and are billed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due on receipt. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to any materials, information, and approvals reasonably needed to perform the Services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of the Provider.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final, paid-for deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment. I retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential components developed during the engagement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. Refunds are handled as described in the Refund & Dispute Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
