Refund & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled for the software development, game development, and technical consulting services (the "Services") provided by Paul Gadi. Because I provide professional services rather than physical goods, no shipping or product returns apply.

Cancellations

You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing paulgadi@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You are billed for work completed and hours worked up to the cancellation date.
  • Any prepaid amount that exceeds the value of work completed is refunded to you.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Services, contact me within 14 days of the relevant deliverable or charge and I will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Where a resolution cannot be reached:

  • Fees for work not yet performed are fully refundable.
  • Fees for work already performed are refundable at my discretion, based on the portion of agreed work that was delivered.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact me first at paulgadi@gmail.com so I can resolve it directly and quickly. Most issues can be settled without involving your bank or card provider. If you initiate a chargeback, I will provide the relevant records of the agreed work and payment to the payment processor as part of the dispute process.
